of your company. I ordered a mesh backpack on Friday 7/9/2004 today is Monday 7/12/2004
and I have it in my hand! I even got a personal phone call to inform me that the
color I had picked was no longer available. I had to choose a new color (not a big
deal) and STILL the backpack arrived here in 3 days. So many times we hear about
