Dear Customer Service,
    YOU ROCK! I am just amazed at the personal attention and speedy service of your company. I ordered a mesh backpack on Friday 7/9/2004 today is Monday 7/12/2004 and I have it in my hand!  I even got a personal phone call to inform me that the color I had picked was no longer available.  I had to choose a new color (not a big deal) and STILL the backpack arrived here in 3 days.  So many times we hear about ordering on the internet and how risky it is. So many times I have ordered from the internet only to find that the company only checks it's email weekly so orders get out very slowly.  I only hope that your company is an example of things to come.   Just WOW, what a great job! Sturges is a fine example of team work plain and simple.
