Free Shipping for All Retail
orders except Scrubwear
shipped to addresses in the United States.
Please Note: Shipping charges apply to
wholesale orders.
For all others: We use the rate from the US Postal Priority Mail
service rate calculator. One pair ( 1 ea) of jeans when packaged for shipment weighs about
3 lb.
We ship U.S. Postal Priority
Mail ( 2 Days) in the United States, and
Global Express Mail ( 3-7 days) for
International shipments.
Please note that 3-7 days is the amount of time allowed
for US Postal to get the order to your country. The amount of delivery time once the
package arrives in that country depends on their postal service.
Note: There is a $5.00 handling fee for all International orders.

I order?

Order from our retail catalog: We have just added
this feature. First, go to our retail catalog, then when you want to order, just click on
the order icon in the row at the far right. This will take you to the secure order form
for that specific item. Fill in the necessary info and submit.
Use our printable
fax and mail in form: This is for customers who do not want to send their
information over the Internet. Fill in the form online, print, and fax it to us. If you do
not have a fax, you may send the form by US Mail. We verify your credit
card information, pull the order, package your jeans, and ship.
Order wholesale: For
merchants who wish to order in bulk quantities. This is blank order form. Fill in the info
and submit.
Call us directly: We are
open 7 days a week. Our business hours are: Monday-Tuesday 9am-6pm, Wednesday-Saturday
9am-7pm, Sunday 11am-6pm. Our

What is your return and exchange policy? Answer:
Retail items(
Individual) shipped in the contiguous US.
We will exchange or refund the cost of the item(s) purchased within 30 days of being shipped.( You pay shipping to return item(s) back to us). All labels must be intact on garments.
Wholesale items ( Bulk ) and
Retail Items ( Individual) shipped outside the contiguous US.
We will exchange or refund the
cost of the item/s purchased minus the shipping costs( You pay shipping back to us). All
labels must be intact on garments. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES are accepted after 10 days
of invoice date. We must be notified within that 10 days that you are returning
merchandise. There is a 25% restocking fee on wholesale( Bulk) items.

Ladies jeans normally come in Medium and Long lengths. Some are available in Petites and
are shown in the size block. ( M = Medium, L = Long, P =Petite).
About Mens
lengths:
On waist sizes 30 to 36, lengths come in 30, 32, 34, and 36
On waist sizes 38, 40, and 42; lengths come in 30, 32, and 34
About Mens
waist sizes:
Waist sizes generally come in this range: 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 36, 38, 40, and
42.
