• When I order online, does my order go through a secure server?

Answer:  We have a secure server..which means your personal information will not be compromised when shopping online with us. We consider your information confidential and will not be sold or passed on to anyone outside our company. We may on occasion sent you an email informing you of new items for sale.

• How much do you charge for shipping?

Free Shipping  for All Retail orders except Airpacks Backpacks, and Scrubwear shipped to addresses in the United States.

Please Note: Shipping charges   apply to wholesale orders.

• How do you figure my shipping cost on orders outside the contiguous U.S.?

Answer: We will figure the shipping: U.S. Postal- Parcel Post-Airmail ( 4-7 days) for International shipments.

Note: There is a $5.00 handling fee for each package on all International orders.

• How long after I place my order will you ship my items?

Answer: After we receive and verify your credit card information we will ship within 5 working days. Please note... the time for delivery depends on the postal service in your country.

• How many ways may I order?

Answer:

1. Order direct from our retail catalog: This is the best way for individuals ordering for themselves. Just click on the order icon in the row of the item. This will take you to a secure order form for that item. Fill in the necessary information and press submit. We will pull your order and ship wthin 5 working days.

2. Order Wholesale Online: This is a blank form in which you may order up to 3 items. This is usually for merchants ordering in bulk ( wholesale) quantities. Fill in all the blocks and press the submit button. We will pull your order, add shipping, and your order is on the way.

3. Call us directly: We are open 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm. Our number is  1-866-532-6748

• What is your return policy?

  What is your return and exchange policy? Answer:
  Retail items( Individual) shipped in the contiguous US.
  We will exchange or refund the cost of the item/s purchased within 30 days of being shipped.( You pay shipping back to us). All labels must be intact on garments.
  
  Wholesale items ( Bulk ) and Retail Items ( Individual) shipped outside the contiguous US.
  We will exchange or refund the cost of the item/s purchased minus the shipping costs( You pay shipping back to us). All labels must be intact on garments. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES are accepted after 10 days of invoice date.  We must be notified within that 10 days that you are returning merchandise.  There is a 25% restocking fee on wholesale( Bulk) items.
